The Variety

Coriander Seeds are actually the fruit of Coriandrum sativum, in the same family as carrot, cumin, celery, caraway & parsley. All parts of the plant are edible, but most commonly know for its fruit as a spice and leaves as a herb.

For Your Appreciation

Coriander has a wonderful orangey bite when freshly ground and combines well mixed with black or white peppercorns.

I want all New Zealanders to discover the natural, healthy way to add taste and flavour to food.
