Suggested Uses
◾Used sparingly it has a superb flavour perfect for using with chicken, pork, fruit and cakes.
Use in breads and baking, and pairs well with earthy mushrooms and root vegetables.
◾Especially important in Chinese, Indian and Mid-East dishes and, along with cumin, is an essential ingredient in curries.
Dry fry before use to release the full flavour.

Whole spices retain better flavour than ground. Store in the closed ziplock bag until needed and grind using a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle.
The Variety
Coriander Seeds are actually the fruit of Coriandrum sativum, in the same family as carrot, cumin, celery, caraway & parsley. All parts of the plant are edible, but most commonly know for its fruit as a spice and leaves as a herb.For Your Appreciation
