Mrs Rogers Vanilla Bean Icing Mix is just the right combination of ingredients for you to whip up a simple and delicious GLACE for icing cookies and drizzling over cakes OR make a light and fluffy BUTTERCREAM for topping cupcakes and cakes or a filling between layers.

Suggested Uses

FOR A BASIC GLACE ICING:

  • Combine icing mix with 20mL of hot water to dissolve, then spread over cookies or drizzle over baking.
  • If icing mix is too thick, add further water a few drops at a time until desired consistency is achieved.

FOR BUTTERCREAM:
70g Butter – room temperature
25mL Milk

  • In a stand mixer with paddle attachment, or using an electric handheld beater, beat together the icing mix and butter on medium-slow speed untill well combined.
  • Turn the mixer down, and slowly add the milk.
  • Once incorporated, turn the mixer up to high speed and beat the frosting for at least 5 minutes until light and fluffy.

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Starch (tapioca, corn), Natural Flavour, Vanilla Bean (<1%).

Always use a dry spoon and seal tightly after use.
Store closed in a cool dry place.
