Suggested Uses

YOU WILL NEED

Mrs Rogers Vanilla Cup Cake Mix (included)
• 140mL milk of your choice
• 45g butter, melted
• 1 egg

Mrs Rogers Icing mix (included)
• 65g butter
• 20mL milk of your choice
Mrs Rogers Regular Bake Cups

BAKING METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan bake), add baking cups to tin.
  2. Empty the base mix into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the milk, eggs and butter into the bowl. Fold in until just mixed.
  4. If adding any extras mix them in at this stage.
  5. Fill the muffin tin evenly until 3/4 full.
  6. Bake 20 minutes until golden, then cool on a wire rack.
  7. Empty icing packet into mixing bowl, add butter and water, mix well*.
  8. Ice and decorate the cupcakes.

GET CREATIVE
• Add a 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen) and 1 cup of Mrs Rogers Belgian Dark Chocolate Chunks
